My Life Story STL Terms of Service
My Life Story STL client will provide 50% of package cost at the time of contract signature and booking. The balance of final payment is to be paid on the scheduled interview date.
A single location to perform the interview is recommended with ample lighting and minimal sound distractions during the agreed upon interview time.
Destination of the project interview is determined by the client. Locations outside of a 50-mile radius of St. Louis will incur additional travel charges and can be finalized between the client and My Life Story STL.
Client can guide the interview talking points through the “My Life Story STL Client Questionnaire” completed in advance of the interview.
Promotional purchases are non-refundable.
All services are non-refundable, other than in the case of the death of a client.
